1. What CardPick provides

CardPick is an independent information and comparison service for Canadian credit cards, for general informational purposes only. We are not a bank, lender, or licensed financial advisor, and nothing here is financial, legal, or tax advice.

2. Accuracy of information

We refresh card details from issuer websites regularly, but rates, fees, rewards, and eligibility change frequently and may contain errors or delays. Always confirm current terms directly with the card issuer before applying.

3. Applications and third parties

When you apply for a card, you leave CardPick and deal directly with the issuer. Approval, terms, and the resulting relationship are solely between you and that issuer.

4. Acceptable use

Don't scrape, copy, or resell our data or content without permission.
Don't attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the site.
Don't use the site for any unlawful purpose.

5. Limitation of liability

CardPick is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or reliance on its information.
